Team
The people building Kairo Technologies.
The founder and the team behind the company and its first product, Kairo Cloud OS.

R Sai Dheeraj
Founder & CEO
Leads the company and the development of Kairo Cloud OS.
“I started Kairo Technologies because the computer you can afford should not decide what you are able to build.”
This company was not started just to build an operating system. Kairo is our first product, not the whole of what we are here to do. Kairo Technologies exists to keep building software, AI, and infrastructure that put powerful technology in more hands.
Founder’s philosophy
- More than one product
- Kairo Cloud OS is where we begin, not where we stop. The company is built to make many things over time, each aimed at the same goal.
- Access comes first
- Before asking what a product can do, I ask who gets to use it. Technology that only works on expensive hardware leaves most people out.
- Build it properly
- I would rather ship one thing that people can depend on than several that almost work. Reliability is a feature, and usually the most important one.
- Stay close to the work
- I stay hands-on with the product instead of managing it from a distance. Being close to the work keeps decisions honest, because I live with their consequences.
- Think in years
- The problems worth solving do not get solved in a quarter. I am building Kairo Technologies to still matter a long time from now.

Dr C Ranjeeth Kumar
Strategic Advisor
Advises Kairo Technologies on strategy and long-term direction.
Strategic Advisor’s philosophy
- Direction before speed
- Moving fast only helps if you are headed the right way. I ask where a decision leads before I ask how quickly it can be made.
- Strategy is choosing
- A plan that tries to do everything is not a plan. The hard part of my work is helping the team decide what to leave out.
- Ask the hard question
- An advisor who only agrees is not much use. I would rather raise the uncomfortable question early than watch it surface late.
- Advice has to be usable
- A recommendation the team cannot act on is just an opinion. I try to leave every conversation with a clear next step.

Padmasree Kunigiri
Founding Team Member
Part of the founding team at Kairo Technologies, shaping its products from the first line of code and laying the groundwork they are built on.
Founding Team Member’s philosophy
- Own the outcome
- On a founding team there is no one to hand a problem to. If something is broken, it is mine to fix, whether or not I was the one who built it.
- Foundations outlast features
- What we build first is what everything later stands on. I take the extra time to get the base right, because it is the hardest part to change afterwards.
- Simple over clever
- The people who join after us will have to work with what we leave behind. I choose the version they can follow over the one that shows off.
- Details are the product
- People notice the slow screen and the confusing error. I treat the small things as the work, because to the person using it, they are.

N Vyshnavi
Founding Team Member
Part of the founding team at Kairo Technologies, taking its products from early idea to something people can rely on.
Founding Team Member’s philosophy
- Start with the person
- I picture who will use something before I build it. If it does not make their day easier, it is not finished.
- Do what the work needs
- An early team does not have a person for every job. I pick up whatever the product needs next, even when it is outside what I already know.
- Trust is earned early
- The first people to try a product decide whether anyone else will. I try to break my own work before it reaches them, so they do not have to.
- Set the habits now
- How a small team works becomes how the company works. I would rather ask early, ship in small steps, and say plainly when something is not ready.
The rest of the team will be revealed soon.
